Our group works in the seniors market to assist seniors who need updated residences or new bathrooms, kitchens or other changes including ramps and bars in order to stay in their homes instead of moving. We also work with affluent children of aging parents in assisting them with adding on parent apartments or in-law suites to their existing property so that a parent can move in with them.

We are not a contractor- we are a business development and customer service group. We work with contractors in referring our qualified clients to them.

Here is how our process works.

Our representative attends the initial meeting with the contractor and stays involved as a customer service representative to assist the client and the contractor with communications.
