Our group provides media, education and event productions to apartment communities for them to enhance the experiences of their residents.

Customized Monthly Resident Magazine

A residential community can improve the presentation of their property by offering our custom full color magazine to their residents each month. The magazines are personalized to include the community name and image on the front cover as well as the communications in several printed pages that the community management usually sends to their residents in a different form.

Combined with our content in the rest of the magazine of useful information relative to the lifestyle of living in an apartment makes for an effective communications tool that adds value to the resident experience.

Learning Experiences

Our group will schedule and produce several classes per month at the community location for residents to attend. These vary from hobby classes, career seminars, health and diet, fashion classes and other learning offerings that is suggested by the residents themselves.

Events and Activities

We offer to produce activities as an add-on to management planned event and other activities. These can range from group trips, safe-transportation excursions for local night life, entertainment at the community and special interest offerings.
